AIT Solutions team is glad to share that The Proscenium at Rockwell was awarded Best Tall Residential/Hotel Building under Awards of Excellence 2022 by Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).
AIT Solutions (AITS) conducted the Performance-based Seismic Design of The Proscenium at Rockwell, and worked closely with SY^2+Associates, Philippines (Structural Engineer of Record), and Rockwell Land Corporation, Philippines (Developer) to carry out highly detailed earthquake simulations to check and improve the structural performance as well as cost-effectiveness.
The Proscenium at Rockwell is one of over 150 tall buildings for which AITS in-house team has conducted performance-based seismic design.
