AIT Solutions, in collaboration with the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines – Cagayan de Oro (USTP CDO), successfully conducted a series of technical webinars in the month of May & June 2026, aimed at enhancing knowledge and practical understanding of advanced structural engineering concepts among students, academics, and engineering professionals.
The webinar series was led by Mr. Thaung Htut Aung, Executive Director of AIT Solutions, who shared his extensive industry experience through presentations on the following key topics:
- Capacity Design Concept
- Wind and Seismic Analysis of Tall Buildings
- Nonlinear Modeling and Analysis
- Performance-Based Seismic Design
Throughout the series, participants gained valuable insights into modern structural engineering practices, advanced analytical methodologies, and real-world applications for designing resilient structures. The sessions emphasized practical engineering approaches while addressing current challenges in seismic and wind engineering.
