AIT Solutions and CSi Bangkok recently concluded a one-week specialized training program on Seismic Evaluation of Existing Buildings and Nonlinear Modeling Procedures using ETABS.
This training, held in January 2025, brought together structural engineers from the Philippines to enhance their expertise in seismic assessment and advanced structural modeling techniques.The program was designed to address the growing need for robust seismic evaluation methodologies, particularly in earthquake-prone regions like the Philippines. Participants gained hands-on experience in using ETABS, a leading software for structural analysis and design, to perform nonlinear modeling and evaluate the seismic performance of existing buildings.
