In March 2012, AIT Consulting, through Sy^2 + Associates, Inc., was awarded the project to carry out Performance-Based Evaluation for Trump Tower Manila. The main objective of the project is to evaluate the structural performance of the building to determine whether the overall performance and reliability of the building under the effects of gravity and lateral loadings will satisfy public safety requirements.
