Nichada Thani, the first planned international community developers in Thailand, visited AIT Consulting on 8thOctober 2010 to discuss the completion of an on-going architectural project with AIT.
Nichada Thani was established in 1985 and has become the choice residence for discerning expatriates and Thai nationals alike. The community comprises many sub-community residential projects, each protected by Nichada’s own trained in-house security services to ensure the residents’ safety. It enjoys a resort-like atmosphere with the clean air that Nonthaburi affords as well as internal roads that are safe for children to walk or cycle to the International School Bangkok which is located within the gates, creating a luxurious lifestyle for the residents.
During the meeting, a plan was formulated for AIT Consulting to review the engineering software being used and to consolidate the architectural, structural and construction aspects of the software to fulfill the needs of Nichada Thani and conclude the project.
